Wholesale.
Brands. Retail.

Good products start with
the right relationships.

Blackmont Capital LLC is a Florida-based retail company developing wholesale relationships with brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors across the United States.

MEET BLACKMONT

A company built around
products and people.

We’re developing a retail business with a straightforward idea: know what you buy, know who you buy it from, and take care of the relationship.

Blackmont Capital LLC is registered in Florida, with our current commercial focus on the United States. We’re building a selected product assortment and seeking suppliers whose products, account requirements, and channel policies fit our retail plans.

For us, a wholesale account is the beginning of a working relationship. We want to understand the product line, ask useful questions, and establish clear expectations before an order is placed. That means discussing availability, purchasing terms, documentation, and the sales channels a supplier permits.

Our goal is to develop relationships we can return to as the business grows. We approach those conversations with an interest in the products and respect for the people and companies behind them.

WHAT WE DO

The work behind
the product.

Our retail plans bring together sourcing, purchasing, inventory coordination, and sales-channel requirements. Each part matters before a product reaches a customer.

01

Wholesale Purchasing

We seek to purchase inventory through manufacturers and authorized distributors. A purchasing decision starts with understanding the product, confirming the source, and reviewing the supplier’s order requirements.

We look at case packs, minimums, availability, lead times, and payment terms together so that an order is planned around the actual conditions of the account.

02

Product Selection

We’re developing our assortment across selected consumer-product categories. We consider how a product fits its category, the information needed to present it accurately, and the requirements involved in carrying it.

A category of interest opens a conversation; it does not replace a review of the specific product line and the supplier’s policies.

03

Inventory Coordination

Our operating process connects purchase documentation with receiving, product checks, preparation, and fulfillment coordination. Quantities, packaging, labeling, and delivery instructions need to agree with the order.

We coordinate receiving and preparation through third-party logistics providers as part of our initial inventory plans.

04

Marketplace Retail

Our current retail plans include online marketplaces, subject to the permissions and requirements of each brand and supplier. We discuss intended channels during account review rather than treating an account approval as permission for every channel.

Product information, brand presentation, and applicable pricing policies form part of that review.

BRANDS, MANUFACTURERS & DISTRIBUTORS

Two ways to start.
One clear conversation.

Whether accounts are opened directly with your brand or through your distribution network, we’d like to follow the right process and reach the right person.

FOR BRANDS & MANUFACTURERS

Let’s understand
your retail program.

If you sell directly to retailers, we’d like to learn about your account process and the products available to new accounts. If you work through distributors, a referral to an authorized source is a useful first step.

We’re prepared to review your application, provide company documentation, and discuss the expectations that come with carrying your products. Channel permissions, pricing policies, and presentation standards should be clear before we purchase.

  • New dealer or retail-account applications
  • Direct wholesale purchasing opportunities
  • Authorized distributor referrals
  • Product-line and channel-policy discussions

FOR AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS

Let’s review
your available lines.

If you supply retailers, we’d like to understand the brands and categories you carry, your account requirements, and the terms that apply to purchasing through your company.

We consider commercial documentation and product traceability alongside order minimums, case packs, availability, and shipping. Where a brand limits marketplace sales, we need to understand those restrictions before selecting products for an order.

  • Wholesale account setup and requirements
  • Catalog access and available product lines
  • Order terms, lead times, and freight coordination
  • Brand-specific resale and channel requirements

OUR APPROACH

Clear expectations.
At every step.

A supplier relationship involves more than selecting a product and sending a purchase order. Our process is designed to make the commercial and operational details clear to both sides.

01

Introduction

We learn about your company, product line, and wholesale program, then identify the person or application that handles new accounts.

02

Account Review

We provide the requested business documentation and discuss purchasing terms, intended sales channels, and any brand-specific requirements.

03

Order Planning

Before ordering, we confirm the products, quantities, case packs, availability, delivery instructions, and documentation that apply to the purchase.

04

Follow-through

Our operating process calls for receiving checks, preparation coordination, and review of discrepancies before inventory moves to the next stage.

We prefer to resolve a question early rather than carry uncertainty into an order.

SOURCING & OPERATIONS

Details that matter
after the purchase.

A product needs the right source, the right information, and a clear plan for how it moves.

We evaluate supplier legitimacy and the route through which goods are supplied. Commercial invoices, product identifiers, and applicable authorizations are part of that review, not paperwork to be added after the order.

Our inventory workflow covers receiving quantities, product condition, packaging and labeling requirements, and coordination with logistics providers. The goal is to identify discrepancies while there is still an opportunity to address them.

We also review the requirements of the intended retail channel. Permission to purchase from a supplier does not automatically establish permission to sell on every marketplace, so those details need to be confirmed separately.
